Attorney Mark D. Tolles II graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international studies. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law. During law school, he served on the Law Review Editorial Board, the Moot Court Board, Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and the Student Bar Association Council. The Liberty University Law Review recently published one of his articles.

During law school, Mr. Tolles served as a summer extern for The Honorable Judge Alice M. Batchelder, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Tolles is a veteran of the United States Army and Army Reserve, where he served as a non-commissioned officer and medic with a combat support hospital. During his military service, he participated in exercises in Egypt and throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Tolles led the Fort Bragg Mobile Blood Drive Team’s efforts in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, which provided necessary blood products to sustain up to 30,000 injured service members.

Mr. Tolles is committed to the representation of individuals and families in cases involving serious injury and wrongful death caused by: abuse and neglect at nursing homes and assisted living facilities, sexual assault, medical malpractice, severe automobile collisions, inadequate security, and products liability.
